2008/09 Membership

Membership is up for renewal from 1st October for the 2008 / 09 session. If you are a current member or would like to join the club, then you need to do the following to get 2008 / 09 membership:

Fill in a membership form

- Forms are at the very bottom of this page under "attachments", please print one out

- Or you can get one from Jo, Amy or Matt on poolside at one of the sessions

-Make sure you fill in all details and sign at the bottom after reading the Medswim rules and regulations that can be found under the "constitution" link in the navigation bar of this site.

Write a cheque for the amount you owe

- Cheques to be made payable to "Medswim Birmingham" and fees are as follows:

Full 2008 / 09 Memberhsip : £48

Summer Membership Top Up : £33 (on top of the £15 already paid)

Full membership and ASA fee's will be paid by another club : £43


(please see Jo or Amy before paying for the £43 memberhip as it will include very few people)

Hand both to Amy Parkinson (Medswim Secretary) or a committee member
