Regular sessions are:

Wednesdays- Munrow Sports Centre 9-10pm
Sundays- Morris Centre at QE Hospital 6.30-7.30 (Social swimming), 7.30-8.30pm (fitness and training)

2) Home gala 28th Feb 2009: WE WON!!
Bristol and Nottingham headed to Birmingham at the end of Feb to battle it out once again to become the best Medswim team... Some brilliant swims over the course of the evening secured another home victory for Brum:

The gala was followed by a very successful social, with the night kicking off at Jo's house (thankyou!) with pizza arranged by our social reps Lucy and George... then it was time to introduce the unwitting visitors to FAAAAAAAAB!
